PAYMENTS & BILLING STATEMENT

We process payments through Shopify Payments, a secure third-party service. Our website is PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant with SSL certification to ensure data passed between our web server and your browser is encrypted and remains private. Your payment transaction is handled directly by the payment processor and financial institution. Payment information kept on file for Club Memberships/Subscriptions is encrypted and securely stored with our payment processor. We have no access to your full credit card information.

Payment methods accepted are: Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay.

Payments will be reflected as Waxing & Raining LLC on your billing statement.

Any declined payment costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CLUB MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may change your shipping address by accessing your account ACCOUNT https://account.waxingandraining.com/profile no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled release/fulfillment date.

Club Memberships/Subscriptions will automatically renew with each scheduled release/fulfillment date and payments will be processed using the payment method on file with your account. You may change your payment method by accessing your account ACCOUNT https://account.waxingandraining.com/profile prior to the next scheduled release/fulfillment date.

You may cancel your Club Membership/Subscription at any time by accessing your account ACCOUNT https://account.waxingandraining.com/profile prior to the next scheduled release/fulfillment date.

SHIPMENTS

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees vary and are calculated by the weight, dimensions, destination and service level of your package. We offer shipping options from the following carriers:

Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, DHL, Sendle.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders are prepared for shipment within 7 days of order receipt. Our products are handmade in small batches. Please allow up to 14 days for large orders.

Club/Subscription shipments are prepared within 6 days of the scheduled release date.

Shipments may take between 5-10 business days to arrive at their destinations. Actual shipping times are determined by the carrier.

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Our goal is to get you your order as soon as items are available. We rarely hold shipments. However, during times of inclement weather, extreme heat, or extreme cold, we reserve the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, please contact us to hold your shipment until the weather improves. Please be advised that we are not responsible for items damaged due to extreme weather conditions.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is returned to us because it cannot be delivered, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and any delivery instructions. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to a shipment being undeliverable by any carrier.
