Candle Care & Burning Tips

For your safety:

• Never leave a candle unattended.
• Keep out of reach from children and pets.
  
• Always burn candles on a level, heat safe surface.
  
• Do not move candles while they are burning.
  
• Burn candles away from any drafts, fans, and any
  other air currents.

Burning Tips:

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and periodically
  throughout the burn.
• Trim if the wick gets too long or creates carbon
  buildup.
• Burn pillar candles for at least an hour per inch in
  diameter.
• Lightly hug the edges of your pillar candle to ensure
  the flame reaches all of the edges.
• If any size or shape of candle starts to drip, put it out,
  trim the wick and let it harden before relighting.
• Votives are designed to be burned inside of a votive
  holder. Add a few drops of water to the bottom of the
  Votive holder, for easy cleanup!
• Tealights are designed to be burnt in one session, it
  may be difficult to relight if burnt halfway.
• When lighting, hold the flame at the base of the wick,
  to prevent burning the wick away.
